Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, shape and grow the Endowus Singapore business in line with our mission and values. Client-centric: You will be on the front lines, advising prospective and current clients, and delivering the highest level of client experience via multiple channels including phone, email, Zoom and in-person
  • Play a key role in onboarding new clients, and help them with questions ranging from financial advisory to operational and administrative matters.
  • Share the voice of the client with the broader company; collaborate across teams including Product Operations, Product Design and Endowus’ Investments Office to improve the client experience, operational processes, and launch new product/investment initiatives
  • Roles and responsibilities may change from time to time along with the company’s operational processes and strategic direction

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/economics/finance or experience working in financial services is helpful but not a must.
  • Client-focused with great communication skills and attitude, patient and pleasant demeanour. You will interact with many clients each day via different channels (phone, email, chat).
  • You are expected to be a good listener and communicate effectively with our clients and empower them to feel confident about using Endowus.
  • Teamwork is key. We believe in building a supportive environment that fosters a sense of belonging for all of our team members.
  • Organised, meticulous and pays attention to details.
  • Compliance - no hard selling. At Endowus, we strive to do the best for our clients in an objective and goals/risk-focused manner.
