Job Description:
About Endowus
Endowus is an award-winning, independent fee-only wealth platform licensed in Singapore (MAS 101051) and Hong Kong (SFC BQR225). We serve over 300,000 clients—individuals, family offices, charities, and institutions—with over US$12 billion in assets under advice. Our mission: help people invest better so they can live easier today, and better tomorrow.
Today, we work with 100+ global leading asset managers across major asset classes – public markets, private markets, hedge funds and alternatives – and make it our job to assess and access their Best-in-Class funds, and advise clients on how to invest in these funds to reach their goals.
Our mission is clear: help people invest better so they can live easier today, and better tomorrow.
The team has deep domain knowledge in finance and technology, bringing together decades of experience from various banks and tech companies. We treasure our diversity in background and experience, and we look for people who share these beliefs in our mission.
About this role
Reporting to the Head of Content, the Financial Content Marketing Associate will be responsible for producing high-quality financial content that establishes Endowus as a credible authority in the wealth management space across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. The role sits at the intersection of investment content and digital distribution — and will suit a writer who is genuinely interested in markets and helping investors make better decisions.
- Write and develop original financial content across the Endowus Insights blog, including long-form educational articles, investment commentary, market explainers, and thought leadership pieces on wealth planning.
- Research and develop an original HK content suite, tailored to local sub-audiences (English-speaking, Cantonese-speaking, and PRC), built around readership priorities — covering MPF, retirement planning, major life stages, and HK-specific financial topics.
- Write and edit core marketing copy — EDMs, social posts, and key campaign assets — in line with Endowus tone of voice and brand values.
- Own a localised content calendar across Insights, social, and email, aligned to SEO/GEO keyword clusters and business priorities.
- Contribute to LLM-assisted content production and the editorial use of AI writing tools.
Skills, qualifications and requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in financial content writing, investment journalism, or content marketing within banking, asset management, fintech, or a related field.
- Demonstrable ability to write clearly and accurately about investment products, market dynamics, and to understand financial concepts (volatility, return drivers, factors, etc).
- Strong command of written English and Chinese (Traditional); the ability to create more technical investment writing is essential.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong's financial landscape, including MPF, SFC regulatory context, and relevant HK-specific financial topics (HIBOR, dividend withholding tax, etc.).
- Experience with or strong interest in learning SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), including keyword research tools and AI citation dynamics.
- Comfort working with LLMs and AI writing tools as part of an editorial workflow.
- Understanding of Hong Kong digital channels: Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube; WeChat and Xiaohongshu experience is a plus.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Manager role.
Preferred skills:
- A CFA qualification, finance degree, or equivalent investment knowledge is a plus but not required — what matters is the quality of your financial writing.
- Video editing and graphic design skills are a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Benefits & perks
- Stock options in a fast growing company.
- Employee discount for investing at Endowus.
- Flexible working hours and locations so you can live life and your best work - you are trusted to be responsible.
- Competitive staff benefits; annual leave, medical insurance, and more.
Please take note of the additional questions to be added together with the submission of your resume:
- What is the main challenge Endowus faces in crafting the right tone of voice for its content?
