About this team

Being part of Endowus’s WorkPlace Technology Team, you will help to design, improve, and implement operational processes to streamline organisation efficiency and productivity. You will also help maintain IT risk management controls to achieve compliance and risk oversight.

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving innovation through IT transformation and technological solutions.

You will need to support and troubleshoot IT issues, maintain and improve upon IT risk controls. The ability to identify and remediate potential risks and security gaps will also be integral to your success in this role.

Being Endowus’s first line of defence, you will be responsible for performing checks on existing controls for IT security and risk assurance.

About this role; responsibilities & ownership

  • Support in IT transformation projects

  • Source and procure IT equipments

  • IT Asset lifecycle management

  • Issuing of IT assets to new hires and collection of IT assets from employee departures

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting for network and IT assets

  • User access control administration

  • IT RIsk identification and remediation support

  • Reviewing, maintaining, and securing IT systems

Requirements & qualifications

  • Year 3 Polytechnic Student or University undergraduate of any year

  • Able to commit to a 10 weeks full time internship, ideally six months

  • Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills

  • High level of integrity and responsibility

  • Self-driven, has a strong sense of ownership and keen learner
