About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business and team to establish Endowus as a leader in wealth management in Hong Kong. You will help build a brand by distilling complex financial concepts into trust-building, high-impact designs and creative assets.

We are looking for a versatile Designer/Art Director who can develop creative concepts and translate them into beautiful execution in static and motion media.

This is a 6-month contract position, with the opportunity to extend.

Key responsibilities include:

Visual Stewardship:

  • Evolve and maintain the Endowus brand identity across all touchpoints, including email, social media, paid advertising, and events, ensuring a premium and cohesive look.

Campaign Creative:

  • Lead art direction and visual concept for integrated campaigns across OOH, digital, social, and on-ground activations;
  • Support high-level creative ideation, translating strategic objectives into bold, visually compelling ideas

Visual Content Excellence:

  • Translate financial products, market insights, and platform features into clear, engaging, and visually compelling creative work;
  • Design high-quality creative assets, including data visualizations, infographics, and motion graphics that make wealth management engaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Support design needs across Brand, Content, Growth, and Business Development teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual stories.

Requirements & qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in art, design, creative media, visual communications, film, and 3-5 years of relevant work experience, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Hybrid skills: You are an expert in graphic design but are also proficient in (or have a strong eye for) motion graphics, photography, or UI/UX.
  • AI-assisted: Experience in using AI tools in design and creative workflows, and open to experimenting with AI
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Experience in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut, Figma is essential
  • Illustration and motion graphics skills are a plus
  • Video shooting and editing skills are a plus
  • Strong design thinking, problem solving and communication skills
  • Organised, meticulous and self-driven, with good time management and stakeholders management skills, a strong sense of ownership and a great attention to details
  • Knowledge and interest in personal finance and investing topics will be a plus
